Restorative Blend - January Classes and Workshop

Ready for some subtle joint action? Join us tonight at Restorative Blend, 6 pm on Zoom, for some gentle joint movement and Yoga Nidra. Please find all the links to January classes below, as well as at Yoga for Life

As you may be aware, Restorative Blend now focuses on different practices week-to-week throughout the month, all culminating in the valuable space that is Yoga Nidra. I invite you to make Restorative Blend a routine, welcome start to the weekend!

  • Week 1 (1/7) Pawanmuktasana (Joints): Slow, purposeful joint movements for subtle releasing of energy blockage

  • Week 2 (1/14) Hatha Yoga: Sun salutations, backbending, forward bending, inversion and twisting

  • Week 3 (1/21) Deep Stretch: Extended time in poses, with special attention to opening

  • Week 4 (1/28) Gentle Hatha: Slower Hatha style, with backbending, forward bending and twisting

Seeking extended time for restorative yoga? Look no further...the Wintertime Restorative Workshop on Sunday, January 30, 3:30, offers "just enough" group discussion and a LOT of practical rest! The optional private session is to customize a single restorative pose according to your needs.
